RPM - I think it stands for: Really Push & Motivate

Hello Dancing 4 Cheeseburgers,

I took an amazing class on the week end called RPM. (It's a crazy spin class) We were visiting friends in Fredericton and Nicole teaches RPM. She so graciously invited me to take her class, and it was amazing! I don't think I've sweated like that ever! hahaha The class was packed there were 40 bikes and there were about 35 people! Thank you for the great class Nicole and a little kick in the motivation department.

My Work outs:
Friday: OFF
Saturday: RPM
Sunday: OFF
Monday: HIIT / Zumba in Evening
Tuesday: Plymotrics & Hill Sprints / Push Up's and Abs in Evening
Wednesday: 300 Stairs & Abdominals
Thursday: HIIT /  Bum in Evening
Friday: Circuit Class

Breakfast: Green Tea Slushy (9am), Black Plum (10am), Mary's Organic Crackers(11am)
Lunch: Small Burrito Jax with Guacamole (1245pm)
Supper: Chicken Breast & Toss Salad with Chili Lime Dressing (newest obsession) (7pm)

Saturday:
Breakfast: Banana (730am), Green Tea Slushy (10am)
Lunch: Greek Pita Wrap with Feta, Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives (1230pm)
Supper; 2 pieces of thin crust pizza & Frozen Yogurt (Cheat NIGHT) (6pm)

Sunday:
Breakfast: Pineapple & Strawberries (9am)
Lunch: Greek Salad with Feta (12pm)
Supper: 4 Meat Balls & Caesar Salad (5pm)

Monday:
Breakfast: Green Tea Slushy(8am), 1 cup of Blueberries(10am), Black Plum(11am)
Lunch: Ginger Sesame Chopped Salad & Peach Steaz (1pm)
Snack: Boom Chicka Pop Popcorn (Salt and Vinegar) (2pm)
Snack: Green Apple (330pm)
Supper: Sweet Potato, Asparagus & Chicken with Chili Lime Dressing (6pm)

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Green Tea Slushy (8am), 1 cup of Blueberries (9am)
Snack: Plum (1030am)
Lunch: Toss Salad with Almonds & Craisins (1pm)
Snack: Green Apple (330pm)
Supper: Chicken with Chili Lime Dressing, Yellow & Green String Beans & Baby Corn (530pm)
