Two Days of Blissful Happiness

I have to say only day two back on the Wagon... But I already feel as though my stomach is way less bloated! It's incredible what healthy eating can do to your body, even in just two days! Here is what I ate yesterday & today: 

Monday Eats: 
Banana with Cinnamon (100)
Matcha Slushy (56)

1/2 cup of Rice with  Thai Vegetables & Mango Curry (400)

Green Apple (85)
Pumpkin Spice Tea (0)

Vermicelli Rice Noodles with Chicken & Shrimp & Vegetables  (520)

Total Calorie Intake: 1161 Calories 

Tuesday Eats: 
Green Apple (85)
Matcha Slushy (56)

Garden Salad Jalapenos and Chicken  (220)

Banana with Cinnamon (100)
Watermelon (80)

Burrito Bowl with No cheese, no Sour cream (500)

Matcha Slushy (56)

Total Calorie Intake: 1097 Calories
