All about the Food

I'm so happy to tell you all I lost a total of -4lbs last week!!! OH MY LANTA! I'm back, I'm back, I'm back! I feel so happy, I ate crazy well, with one cheat meal and a little lax on the week end! But I'm feeling wonderful and the -4lbs is just validation that I know how to do this now! So there really isn't any excuses not to do it.

I'm a little nervous about today. It's the first day I'm back in the Gym. My Physiotherapist approved to go back with with light cardio and leg work outs, nothing with the upper body. Today I'm going to do a treadmill work out only. A 15 minute walk, then 1 minute run, 1 minute rest alternating for 30 minutes. I'm hoping this is doable. I will know tomorrow morning I guess haha!

My meals for The Week: (Calories every day are between: 1100-1700)

MONDAY: *Working out (cardio)
Breakfast:
Matcha Slushy
Banana & Cinnamon

Lunch:
Arugula with Beets, Goats cheese & Pecans and Chicken Breast
A Pear

Snack:
Pumpkin Spice Tea
Pineapple Chunks

Supper:
Mango Chicken Curry Stir fry

TUESDAY: *Teaching Dance
Breakfast:
Matcha Slushy
Strawberries

Lunch:
Kale with Goats cheese, Pumpkin seeds, Brussels Sprouts, Craisins & Chicken

Snack:
Pumpkin Spice Tea
Apple

Supper:
Burrito Bowl (no sour cream no cheese)

WEDNESDAY: *Working out (cardio)
Breakfast:
Matcha Slushy
Banana with Cinnamon

Snack:
Strawberries

Lunch:
Mango Chicken Curry Stir Fry (Left over - No Rice)

Snack:
Carrots & Guacamole

Supper:
Jerk Chicken with Rice

THURSDAY:
Breakfast:
Matcha Slushy
Strawberries

Snack:
Pumpkin Spice tea
Cucumber, Celery & Carrots with Guacamole

Lunch:
Arugula with Beets, Goats cheese & Pecans
Southwest Quinoa Salad

Supper:
Vermicelli Rice Noodles with Zucchini, Red Pepper, Broccoli, Cauliflower with Chicken & Shrimp

FRIDAY: 
Breakfast:
Banana with Cinnamon
Earl Grey Tea

Snack:
Avocado with Salt

Lunch:
Southwest Quinoa Salad & Chicken Breast

Snack:
Apple
Pumpkin Spice Tea

Supper:
Fast Food Friday *Not sure what yet*

Thank you so much for taking another Ride with me on this crazy Journey! This summer I'm going to reach my goals (again) New goals, New summer, New ME!

It took me 10 months to loss -54 lbs and -19 inches. (an average of 5.5 lb loss a month & -2 inch loss a month) I went from a TIGHT size 16 to a now size 12. So this Summer i'm hoping to go from a comfortable size 12 to a comfortable size 8! GOAL: (To lose 25-30 lbs in 4.5 months that will be 6 lbs loss a month and a 2.5 inch loss a month)  Slightly more aggressive than my year has been, but not undo-able, and completely reasonable! I feel like I've sort of figured out what works for my body, I just have to fully commit to the Plan!
