RAW CLEANSE DAY 3 ROUND 2

D4C,

I'm the happiest little raw vegan this week! I'm doing the RAW CLEANSE AGAIN! I couldn't do it as a lifestyle but I do love the way it makes me feel! I'm on Day 3 today! So I weighed in as it is the half way mark, and I've lost 3lbs so far! (if anyone is looking to lose five pounds before a Christmas party, this is the way to do it!)

I feel like a superstar (sorry to brag) but I even had a Work Christmas party, with Turkey dinner. And I didn't budge! I didn't even feel like eating it! I ate some raw snacks before I went and I didn't even want the turkey dinner! I'm so proud!

I have to say; a few friends have said they are wanted to do it with me, so I have 3 friends doing it this week as well. (2 of them are "partially" doing it - Which is, they are doing mostly raw but one cooked meal a day) And I think everyone is having a little bit of a hard time with it. But you can only do what you can do and what works for you doesn't work for everyone ! I'm dying to know their weigh in half way marks!

Paleo & Small Victories

D4C,

I'm still losing everyone! Still here losing! What about you guys? Are you still riding on the Health Train? 

I've lost .5 lbs this week! A very small victory but a victory never the less. I used to be a size 16+ I was pushing 16 on some days! But now I am a comfortable 10/12 (depends on what store i'm shopping at!) My original goal was to be a size 10! I feel like i'm so close to that goal! a few more pounds will put me into a comfortable size 10. I feel like I can wear "normal" clothes and have an actual fashion! Instead of what fits.

Eat when your Hungry

Good Afternoon Dancing 4 Cheeseburgers,

I'm happy to announce I have lost 2lbs this week!!!  TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 52 LBS -The happiest. I've been very consistent lately with the 2lbs loss a week. I'm very happy with where my weight is at the moment. I'm hoping to still lose a little more, but don't feel as though I'm in a race to get there anymore. 

I'm also trying this thing where I only eat when I'm hungry. It sounds ridiculous. But I've gotten into such a routine now with food, I eat certain things at certain times even if I'm not hungry. So I've noticed food "lasts" me longer than I thought it would. Although by doing this, my calorie intake has been very low. So i'm just monitoring this little experiment, and how my body is reacting too it. I'm going to continue to do it for a couple of weeks and see what and how my body reacts!

Tea and Brothers

D4C,

I'm having a day where I don't feel like eating.. but when I do feel like eating it's something horrible and bad!!! NOOOOO Don't do it! I have to say I got through Lunch no problem! Bring on Supper.

I've been drinking a lot of tea lately, I feel its a good substitution for my matcha slushy's which are way to chilly to drink now that the weather is so cold. I'm loving the green passion fruit from David's Tea or the Pumpkin Spice from Tim Hortons! I love WINTER!!!  I just need to find one know that tastes like cinnamon and Christmas!

I had a conversation with my brother via text;
he said "your doing so well, i'm proud of you"
me: "yeah i'm trying really hard"
brother: "you just look so vibrant and happy in your pictures"

Thanks little brother for the support! I know your a fit guru so i'm excited your so proud of me!

Fifty!

Hello EVERYONE!!!

I first want to apologize, I've been so ridiculously busy I hadn't had a chance to write on the blog in the last week! BUT I"M BACK!!!

SOOOOO, YES I've reached my original goal of -50LBS! No big deal right! I can hardly believe it! I've lost FIFTY POUNDS! Who would have thought. 50 lbs in 25 weeks!!! That's exactly 2lbs a week! HOLY MOLY! I feel like i'm using a lot of capitals and exclamation points in this paragraph... hahaha! The only other time I felt this proud of myself is when I had my daughter! I haven't felt this good, or energetic in a very long time! 

I feel like it's not a race anymore, there is no "finish line" I feel like I have successfully changed my lifestyle. I like to shop a lot more than I used to! I haven't replenished my wardrobe yet, but I've purchased a few necessities in the last couple of weeks and it feels so odd. I keep picking up the largest size and trying it on. (that's what I used to do, i'd pick up the biggest size and hope that it fit) I keep having to ask the sales associate to get me a smaller size! It's been amazing and weird. It's weird my style always used to be what fit. Now I can have a real true style, and I've yet to figure out what exactly that is. 

The first picture is from a photo shoot (with Kelly Anderson Photography) It was the only picture I liked with me in it, because you couldn't really tell how large I was. 


These two pictures (with Kelly Anderson Photography) are from 2 weeks ago! I love them so much, I honestly loved every picture. I'm so pleased with how I look now. I feel like my outsides are starting to match my insides! I hope every has a chance in their life to feel this way about themselves.



Thank you for continuing this Journey with me. I'm not nearly finished yet, but I feel like i'm not in a "rush" to get somewhere now.
